About the Author
Evie Hunter is actually two authors Caroline McCall and Eileen Gormley who met at a creative writing workshop in 2010. On discovering that they shared a passion for erotic fiction, they became the best of friends. The Pleasures of Spring is the fourth in the Pleasures series of novels.

Pleasures of Spring is a great book for vacation or time off. It is enjoyable to read with a bit of mystery, action and steamy love scenes. Both my husband and I enjoyed it.

The Pleasures of Spring
What an exciting book this turned out to be! It has mystery, suspense, some kinky sexy scenes, and the greatest gift of all an HEA!
Meet Roz Spring, she is a young lady who has been through so much in her life, but she hasn't let misery destroy her happiness. She is a con artist who reminds me of Robin Hood. She only cons people who are really greedy and who are unscrupulous. Roz is also a twin, and her sister Sinead was raised in the lap of luxury with her uncle Tim O'Sullivan. Roz always resented her sisters good fortune, and she hated her O'Sullivan relatives. They left her with her father, and never looked back.
Roz grew up with a strong independent streak and learned how to not only take care of herself, but those less fortunate around her. In her profession Roz has always managed to be a few steps ahead of the authorities, but she also needed to stay hidden from a disgraced Navy Seal. Roz witnesses him murder an art dealer, and now she is the only witness that can identify him as the murder.
Interpol wants to take Roz into protective custody, but Roz knows that if she goes with them then the murder will surely find her. Once again she is on the run, but Roz never counted on Andy McTavish, he is working for a high profile security firm who also just happens to be owned by Roz's twins husband Niall. Roz's twin desperately wants to be reunited with her sister, and her husband will do everything he can to make her dreams come true.
Of course Andy is hunting Roz for different reasons, he is attracted to Roz and he would like nothing better than to get her into his playroom! Andy is a Dom, but he realizes that Roz is a Domme. He can only imagine the fun that is to be had in getting her sexy body to submit to him. As Roz and Andy pretend to be engaged all there rules and boundaries go through a paradigm shift. One minute Andy is on top. The next Roz, and all times are hot, hot, hot!

What a Pleasure to Read!!!

Rox and Andy's story had a little bit of everything that I like in this genre: crime, suspense, secrets, lies, passion, family drama and hot romance. The characters were very well developed and the plot was exciting. When you have two dominate people who lead secret lives and avoid love at all costs, it's bound to get interesting....and boy was it. This pleasurable read was hard to put down. I will definitely read more from this talented writer who really knows how to tell a tale well.
