Book is great, as expected; however, disappointed that ebook content is not yet available (called LWW to confirm this). Can only give 3 stars until ebook content is available, as portability of content was major seller for me (books are great for home but are huge).

Congratulations to the authors on a monumental achievement with these comprehensive series of 4 books regarding operative orthopedic surgery. The entire field is covered including complete descriptions on: trauma, upper & lower extremity soft and bone tissue complications, management. The external, internal fixation approaches are nicely done. Pediatric orthopedics is well covered ranging from genetic disorders to trauma. The section on Spine Orthopedic surgery is comprehensive. The books take you on a journey in step by step illustrations on the various options & techniques. The high quality photos concerning the different approaches are excellent. There is no confusion here. Clinicians with interests in operative orthopaedics will be helped by this almost 5000 page treatise. The book will benefit students, residents, fellows, and those with more advanced training. The section on arthroscopy of the joints is very good also. This will be a great up to date reference book for years.
