Exercises that work

When I was younger, I did Callanetics. At first I didn't think they would work because they were so easy. With just a few exercises a day that really targeted my muscles within no time, I actually saw shape to my legs. I've never had well defined legs. Though slim, I always had the jiggly inner thigh fat and the saddlebags that women hate. For the first tine in my life, I noticed my butt was lifting and I was getting the peach that she says you can reclaim from your childhood. Every inch of your body will become toned doing these exercises. It starts out easy but don't let the first day fool you. I remember the first time I tried them and thought that was too easy they're not going to do anything.The next day I could barely walk I was so sore. I cannot rave enough over this series of exercises.

Very effective workout program!

Determined to lose weight, I bought this book when I was 21, and I gave the program 30 days. I noticed results within 2-3 weeks and by the end of the summer, I had dropped 25 lbs and two waist sizes. It's a great program that's easy to commit to and easy to work into your hectic schedule. The book is well illustrated and easy to follow. I've misplaced my book over the years and now I'm buying it again to get back on the program. I strongly recommend it. It gave me the confidence to begin an exercise program and stick to it.

It really works.

If you are willing to work out, this book delivers. If you want to do the whole body, it takes you more or less one hour, less in the start, more as you increase your repetitions. I found I used more time than the book claimed, but it didn't take long before I noticed results. I bought it 20 years ago, then lost it, and was trilled to be able to buy it again. I highly recommend it.
